Black Cat Songs is a new Swedish Record Label, completly driven by passion for all kinds of music.

Everybody knows where the old music industry is heading. Nuff said about that. We thought, that while the old business logics of music are becoming obsolete, new ones must take its place. So, we started our own record company, aiming to operate on the global market working with local music. A lot of our strategies are based on collaborations with foreign publicists, booking agencies, fellow record labels and various music press/zines around the world. Internet makes it all possible. After working on it for over a year now (May 2008) experimenting with our first release "Ride with me", we can now state the simple fact that it works! It really works!  With the assistance from Real-Estate Company "Fabös" and the art- and contemporary culture-company "Färgfabriken", we now set off into a well known, yet unwritten territory.
